Becky Tapia has worked for Winfield EMS for 4 years since being hired in April of 2004 as an irregular part time EMT. She is also an active member of the Winfield EMS Reserves. Becky received her EMT certification from Cowley College in 2002. Becky is also employed full-time by the City of Winfield as a 911 Dispatcherl.
