Brad Walker was voted into the Winfield Area EMS Reserves in April 2009 and was hired as a part time employee in October 2009. Brad is a Kansas and Nationally certified EMT. He is a life long resident of Cowley County. Brad grew up in Arkansas City before moving to Winfield in 2001. He has been an active member of Cowley County Fire District 4 in Udall for 6 years.
