Cindy graduated from Cowley County Community College in 1997 after completing the first paramedic program for the college where she was also the honor graduate. She has worked for Winfield EMS since 1996 as an EMT, then MICT and recently obtained her RN licensure and is working full time as an ICU RN for Galicia Heart Hospital. Cindy has been the lead day class MICT instructor since 2000, when she currently remains an adjunct faculty member. Cindy is engaged to Lyle Webster and between them, they have 5 girls and 1 boy. Cindy also has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Colorado State University.
