Neil Dougherty started in EMS as a driver for a volunteer service in 1982 before completeing his EMT certification in 1983. He then worked for Phillips County EMS for 6 years as a volunteer before hiring on with Winfield EMS in 1989. Neil attended Southwestern College where he gained certification as a MICT in 1990. Neil has worked full time for Winfield EMS for 19 years, where he is currently active in providing continuing education and training for multiple first responder agencies in the area.
