Melissa graduated from Winfield High School in 2002 and attended Paramedic School at Cowley College graduating in 2004. She was then employed with Ark City Fire/EMS from 2005-2007. In 2007 She went to work full-time for Sedgwick County EMS where she remained until 2010 when she came to work for Winfield EMS where she is currently employed full-time. Melissa is married and has two little kids.
