Col. Justin Waite was hired by Winfield EMS in 1989. Since then, Col. Waite has attended Southwestern College and received his MICT certification in 1994. He has progressively worked from being a part-time employee to his position as Assistant Director. Col. Waite was promoted in February 2010 to the Director position. He has previously been an active member in the Winfield EMS Reserves and continues to assist at local events. Col. Waite has also attended Kansas State University where he received his Bacelors of Science degree.
